First, check your spam/junk folder. Then try Verify Report to retrieve it with your order ID. If still missing, email us with your order ID.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are available for non-delivery, wrong vehicle, or duplicate charges.
Which databases do your reports use?
We query the official PPSR (administered by AFSA), NEVDIS (national registration database), the national stolen vehicle register, and the Written-Off Vehicle Register (WOVR). See our How It Works page for details.
