  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers;
  • Vehicle registration or VIN — to identify the vehicle you are checking;
  • IP address and browser data — collected automatically for security and analytics.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you contact us directly.

We use your personal information to:

  • Generate and deliver your vehicle history report;
  • Process and confirm your payment;
  • Respond to your enquiries or support requests;

  • Improve the reliability and security of the Service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We share only the minimum necessary information with the following trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing (USA — under standard contractual clauses);
  • InfoAgent — vehicle data sourced from PPSR, NEVDIS, and RedBook;
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery;
  • Replit / cloud hosting — server and database infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by Australian law, a court order, or to protect the rights and safety of others.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and access controls. We retain order records (including email address and report data) for up to 7 years to allow report re-delivery and to comply with Australian record-keeping requirements.
